MCSW 2008 District Conferences
Registration Information

Registration Fees (includes 2008 MCSW membership)  
$30 Pre-registration (automatically renews or establishes MCSW 2008
membership unless requested otherwise)
$45 On-Site Registration (automatically renews or establishes MCSW
2008 membership, unless requested otherwise)
$10 Full-Time Student Registration (automatically renews or establishes
MCSW 2008 membership, unless requested otherwise)
$30 Renewmembership only, will not attend district conferences
 
Reminders:

• Once you have paid your membership by registering for one district conference
  you may attend the others at no charge.
• If you paid your membership at the Summer Forum you paid for 2007.
  Your membership will need to be renewed for 2008.
